The hotel had impeccable cleanliness in the room.
The shower pressure was disappointingly low.

The check-in process was a nightmare. I provided a frozen card for incidentals, and the front desk yelled loudly that my card was declined, causing embarrassment in front of other guests. It was unprofessional and humiliating, especially after a long drive. Housekeeping knocking at 8am was another rude awakening. I expected to have peace during my stay, not to be disturbed by yelling staff outside my door!

It was just a good pick for strolling around in Gallatin with best value for money ratio. The staff was friendly and even helped with my luggage when I arrived. Make sure to ask about the local dining options. they're great.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff
We enjoyed our two-night stay in a spacious room close to the elevator, which was perfect for my mobility needs. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Just remember there's only one washer and dryer, so plan accordingly!

Overall, I had a decent experience with a clean room and great shower. However, be careful about breakfast. the options were limited and not very appetizing. I wouldn't choose this place again.

missingWrote a review on 08 Julspacious roomfresh airnoisy environment
The King Room offered a decent amount of space for unpacking, and the non-smoking feature ensured fresh air throughout the stay. The shower, while a tub style, was functional enough for a quick rinse after long days out.
Noise was a significant issue, particularly with slamming doors before 7 AM. It made for an early start each day. The laundry facilities were insufficient, with only one washer and dryer available for multiple families. Additionally, we dealt with a moldy shower curtain, a detail that could use some attention.

The continental breakfast featured delicious cinnamon rolls, always a highlight of our mornings. The staff was exceptionally courteous, with one employee, Bradley, standing out for his dedication to excellent service. However, during breakfast, there was a noticeable lack of healthy options, and many items ran out before the end of service. Additionally, there was a significant issue regarding payment. an elderly family member was charged incorrectly despite previous arrangements, leading to frustration over duplicated charges.

Our room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, I slept well. The bathroom was remodeled and had a great stand up shower. We enjoyed the extra chair in the room, very handy for reading. Pricey but acceptable for what you get in return.
